Submission Guidelines

Submission Requirements

Authors must follow the AIP Conference Proceedings format (Word or LaTeX). Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Maximum length is 6 pages. The similarity score must not exceed 10% — manuscripts above this threshold will not be processed.

Review Process & Oral Presentation

All eligible papers undergo a double-blind review by the technical committee. Authors will be notified with one of the following decisions:

  • Accepted for oral presentation
  • Accepted with minor corrections for oral presentation
  • Rejected

    Authors will be notified of acceptance, revision, or rejection.

    Revise if Requested

    Revise strictly per AIPCP template and reviewers' remarks.

  6. 06

    Final Submission Package

    Camera-ready (docx + PDF), reviewer remarks, payment proof, and copyright — zipped as Paper_ID_ICISRI_2026.
